FABRICS AND COLORS

Several fabrics are suggested for this jacket. Three of them come from Japan, one from Switzerland. In quality 100_0014, both the warp and weft yarns are continuously dyed blue. The other qualities are real denim fabrics with a blue warp and white weft. I would like to point out the stylish white dots in quality 100_0015.

SAMPLE SHIPMENT

If you are not sure about your choice on the screen, an envelope with samples of all available fabrics will help. Other fabric variants can be suggested upon request. Yes, bring it on! I want a sample shipment.

DENIM – CONTINUOUS DYEING

In this type of dyeing, which is essential for indigo, a yarn continuously passes through several baths of the dye. During the period from one bath to the next, when the dye-soaked yarns get in touch with air, the blue color is created by oxidation. The color is created in several layers, with the process controlled so that it does not penetrate to the middle of the yarn. This characteristic means that denim turns white in heavily stressed areas. The warp yarn is usually dyed. In the picture below you can see such a dyeing system from the front: The still white warp yarn begins the indigo dyeing process here.
