Ordered goods will be shipped after payment is received. After ten days, unpaid orders will be canceled and the goods made available for sale again.

For customers in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, all prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.

Customers from other countries (Germany, France, Italy, Austria) can pay for their online purchases via SEPA transfer in euros (EUR) at the current exchange rate. Please note that Swiss VAT will be deducted from these international shipments, however, local import duties may apply.
